Join Juyan at her tea shop for an intimate tasting session featuring Raw Puer teas sourced from Mr. Tian’s family tea forest in Duo Yi Village, Nannuo Mountain. This is a rare opportunity to taste and compare the variations between single-tree (Dan Zhu) and mixed-picking teas, all harvested in Spring 2025.
This thoughtfully curated session will featurefour unique teas:
Juyan has personally selected two Dan Zhu (Single Tree) teas that are next to each other, each over 300 years old. The yield from these trees is so limited that the fresh leaves could only be processed as a single batch.
Dan Zhu (Single Tree): Picked and processed exclusively from one ancient tea tree. The flavor is singular and pure — less layered than blended teas, but prized for its clarity and authenticity.
Mixed Picking: Harvested from multiple ancient trees at once, then processed together. This method creates a more complex and dynamic flavour profile, reflecting the diversity of the garden.
This session is perfect for tea lovers seeking to understand the nuances of terroir, age, and tree individuality in raw Pu-erh.
