We will be holding a special tasting event at our shop for this Christmas season: Pair tea and cheese.
Pairing tea with cheese might not be the obvious thing to do, but surprisingly, the warmth of hot tea can unlock underlying flavours in the cheese because of the tannins, astringency, bitterness and sweetness. Likewise, the creamy, fatty flavour of cheese may bring out tea's subtle arms of fruit, flowers etc.
Four teas will be selected to pair with 4 different cheese. Cheese, including a soft cheese, cheddar and blue cheese etc, will be purchased from La Fromagerie. So if you love tea and cheese, this would be a very fun and enjoyable event for you.
There are only 5 spaces available for this tasting session, so please BOOK it early.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to private vegan cheese for this occasion, but if you are interested in this kind of event, please do let me know, I will be able to host a vegan friendly tasting session in the future.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to another event date or redeemed on products but can be transferred to your friends by email us to confirm.
