Gong Fu Brewing Method
Gong Fu Brewing Method:
Water temperature: 95°C (Boil water to 100°C then wait a few mins for it to cool down).
Leaf to water ratio: 8g per 150ml.
Brewing time: About 10 seconds for the first 3 infusions.
Tips: Try to use a large Gaiwan or Yixing Teapot with a round body so there is plenty of space to allow the leaves to open. Pre-heat your preferred vessel with boiling water.
Recommended Water: Try to use natural mineral water.
This tea can be brewed by both normal way and Gong Fu style, but the aroma and flavour will be more concentrated by using Gong Fu style so that you can notice the fine detail more and enjoy the fresh and original flavour of from each brewing.
