Our Dragon Well is made from the finest first flush tea buds grown in a tea plantation that is located on Shi Feng Mountain (Lion’s Peak Mountain) near West Lake in Hangzhou; The exact area where Dragon Well originated. Hangzhou is famous for producing the most celebrated green tea in China and is also home to the original 18 Dragon Well bushes that were a tribute to the Qing Emperor, Qianlong.

We source our Lion's Peak Dragon Well directly from Tea Master Mr. Wang who’s family have produced their green teas in Long Jing village for generations. Mr. Wang is very highly skilled in hand frying the fresh tea buds and leaves to create Dragon Well's unique flat shape and wonderful nutty flavour. This tea should not be missed.
