Our excellent and highly sought-after Xiaguan Red Blossom Cooked Puer (Pu-erh) has a light earthy flavour with a hint of floral notes that leaves a long lasting taste. It is from the famous and multiple award winning Xiaguan Tea factory that has a long history of producing and exporting Puer (Pu-erh) Teas.
The region of Yunnan where this tea is grown has a very good climate with good temperatures, clean water and tall mountains all of which contributes to the quality of the tea grown in this region. The Xiaguan factory produces Puer (Pu-erh) teas are highly sought-after by tea collectors.

Tea Master: Xiaguan Tea Factory, Xiaguan, Yunnan Province, China.
1 bud and 2 to 3 leaves were picked and fermented (wet piled) in 2016. The tea was then processed (pressed) in 2017. Camellia Sinensis Assamica.
Watertemperature: 100°C
Leaf to water ratio: 2g per 100ml.
Brewing time: About 3 minutes. You can infuse up to 8 to 10 times. Rinse the leaves briefly before brewing.
Tips: Adjust the leaf to water ratio if you prefer to shorten the infusion time or for lighter and stronger taste.
Recommended Water: Try to use natural mineral water.

Brewing time: About 5 seconds for the first 4 infusions. You can infuse up to 8 to 10 times. Rinse the leaves briefly before brewing.
Tips: Always pre-heat your tea vessel with boiling water and discard the water before putting in the tea leaves.
