The design of 14 holes strainer allow the water to pour out very fast therefore the pot will be suitable to brew for a short brewing time such as Wu Yi Rock Tea, Red Tea and also Puer Teas. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout Aged Purple Clay (or Lao Zini)\u003c\/strong\u003e: the clay is a type of purple clay with a relatively high degree of lithification. It is located at the bottom of the central layer, close to the base of the mineral vein. Due to the natural weathering and water infiltration required for its decomposition, the process takes a longer time. It has a broad firing temperature range and a wide sintering range. The shrinkage rate is low, around 8%, which ensures good stability. After firing, the color changes from reddish-brown to dark purple, often appearing as a dark purple or nearly black shade, which is why it is sometimes referred to as \"black purple clay.\" It has an ancient and dignified appearance, with a gentle and elegant style.
