Our distinctive Que She WuYi Rock Tea is smooth and gentle with hints of lychee fruit, vanilla and cream which is really quite distinctive from any other Rock tea. It has the singular flavour but it is very elegant. We think you will find this tea very interesting.
Que She means sparrow’s tongue and is named for its delicate and narrow leaf shape. Que She also refers to bush cultivar’s name; it is a mixed cultivar between Da Hong Pao and various other local cultivars. This cultivar is known for growing very slowly and producing a smaller and later yield than others. Local people refer the bush to “not sure when the spring is coming”.
