Details

Light and smooth green tea leaves on the outside, lily flowers in the middle and sweet jasmine flowers on top create a stunning flowering basket shape. This spectacular flowering tea makes a great cup for everyday drinking and can be a great gift idea due to it's unique and stunning looks.

Hand tied flowering teas are often made with the emphasis on how the tea looks with little concern for tea quality. The Chinese Tea Company, however, has selected exceptional green tea as a base with delicate jasmine flowers and lily flowers in the middle that add their floral scent and light taste to the already delectable smooth green tea. Each bulb unfolds itself gracefully in water to reveal the flowers within.

A visually stunning experience. This bag contains 7 bulbs.

Brewing Instructions:

  • Use freshly drawn cold water

  • Water temperature 100 ºC

  • Put 1 tea ball into a 500ml glass cup or glass tea pot

  • Steep until the flowers open

  • Infusions: at least 3 times – don't remove tea ball from the mug, as once the water level is low, simply add more water and keep going until the flavour of the tea is gone

  • Brewing vessel: Tall/Large glass cup/tea pot
